  Shush help me today with things that are too complicated for me to do at home. Scanned documents and faxed my documents did it very quickly and he’s just so pleasant. I remember him from previous times when he waited on me and he’s always quick and efficient and so very nice.

  Evelyn was the most helpful! She explained the difference between irregular shipping boxes and regular shipping boxes. I am moving out of state and have been paying crazy amount of fees, as you could imagine . This was so very meaningful to me as she took it upon herself to ensure I had the best experience while ensuring my boxes were packed well and secured . There needs to be more associates like her as she is a breath of fresh air in a world of poor customer service. Also, special shout out to Carlos who I believe was the manager who also assisted as well. A solid crew is here and they deserve the accolades !

  Diego provided excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He made the whole process easy and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear that Diego genuinely cares about helping customers and takes pride in his work. Great experience at the UPS Store—thank you, Diego!

  This location is always clean and welcoming. Diego was super helpful with my Amazon return. Normally I use the self serve kiosk but today they didn't have the bags, instead of just handing me a bag, Diego helped me and was really personable. This location has great customer service.

  The team at this UPS store is Friendly, professional, and efficient. The manager, Avish, Seems to know his staff and what each member is capable of. They have a good rapport with each other and with the customers.
