  Rosemary helped me today and she is very patient and kind! The customer service has def improved recently, I've been going to this location for 10 years and seen it through ups and downs. Still recently, at times, they seem understaffed. Also, definitely prefer having human assistance over using the kiosk. My most recent visit today was awesome though! 4 stars overall but 5 stars for Rosemary

  Great location, plenty of parking and the staff is attentive. Rosemary was great, the customer experience was pleasant!

  $31 to ship a 2lb small box. Insane price… cashier straight up told me “It’s too late now” when I said it was so expensive. He listed my options and only told me $100-$200 ones. I had to specify that I wanted the cheapest with tracking, and only then did I get the $31 price. I’m more so upset because I’m now realizing if I paid for it online I would’ve saved $10+. This item is a return who won’t cover the full cost of shipping- the guy could’ve at least been a lil nicer rather than gleefully scam me saying it’s too late- and said yeah plus the cost of the tape too and you waited in line. A little empathy please… it’s rough financial times. That’s what truly bothered me. How happy he was that I had literally no option to decline the price. It felt like when those scammers in paris force the item on you then make you pay. If i could I would’ve walked out of there. And… the tape sucks too bc it kept splitting 😭 Never coming back here that’s for sure. Y’all are messed up
