  I paid a premium to overnight an item and it’s now going to take at least 3 days to be delivered. My receipt was issued at 11:51 on Monday morning and the item was not even mailed by this location until the next day. The company’s customer service policies have also been unhelpful.

  Solid, easy experience. Not much to report, but that’s exactly what you want. I dropped in here recently to take care of some shipping and drop-offs, and the whole process was completely smooth. There’s usually a lot of friction at shipping centers, but this location is just completely fine and efficient. Staff & Service: The people working there were genuinely nice, polite, and handled everything quickly. There wasn't a massive line when I went, and the employee at the counter processed my package without any hassle or unnecessary delays. Store Condition & Parking: The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has all the standard packing supplies neatly stocked if you happen to need boxes, tape, or bubble wrap. Parking was straightforward and convenient enough to get in and out without a headache. Overall Verdict: It’s not a mind-blowing destination, but for a neighborhood FedEx, it does exactly what it needs to do perfectly. I’m giving it 5 stars just for being totally fine, reliable, and run by a friendly crew. Highly recommended if you just need to get your errands done quickly.

  I was inside the building for about 2 whole minutes and my entire transaction was handled. The different between an actual FedEx location and an onsite is insane.

  First, I am not sure which FEDEX location delivered the chair, but, regardless, leaving a BIG, HEAVY box in front of the GARAGE DOOR behind my car was pure laziness and thoughtlessness! I had an appointment, and needed to get out, but even so, BLOCKING A GARAGE EXIT is a safety 🦺 issue! Plus, my husband and I are in our 70's and moderately disabled. My husband did get the box into our house, using his handcart. Luckily he didn't fall. Please advise your staff about this issue. We live in El Sobrante, off of Amend.

  I was suposed to receive a phone and I received an empty box. Everything was recorded in a video cámara, fedex didn’t want to help and I had to place a police report.
