  Ordered food from the off the website. When it came I was missing items called and told them I was coming to pick it up when I get I tell them and still gave me sitting for 20 minutes until they came and asked me again. I will be calling management and corporate in the morning.

  Everytime I order from this location I’m always missing an ítem, terrible attention and service from these people, it’s unbelievable! If i could give 0 stars i would!

  Whenever I come to this location the employees take a VERY long time to acknowledge me. I feel they can at least say “Hello” or “ I’ll be with you shortly”. I always feel ignored. Unprofessional & rude.

  Took far to long to acknowledged me to see if I there for pick up, I arrived at 9:43 and my food was ready, I had to stand in the window and finally at 9:58 I was asked if I was here for pick up. unfortunately by that time the food was cold. I enjoy wing stop but I feel the staff needs to do a better job of at least acknowledged customers who come in the door.

  We got to the store on Monday June 22nd at 3:30pm. There was only one employee working, Me and my family asked for 2 four piece tenders and 1 burger. The older looking gentleman was rude and un polite. He put in the machine that we ordered 2 four piece tenders,one 3 piece combo, and a burger. We then decided to just eat our food. Once we were done I went up and asked for a to go box. The employee pulled out a small box,I then said in a kind way that I would like a bigger one. He then threw the to go box on the counter in a disrespectful way. I took the box, and me and my family walked off. I do not recommend this store as the employees are unkind, and extremely disrespectful.
