  Called Wingstop 5 different times trying to get help with my order and nobody answered once. Super frustrating, especially when you just need a quick update or have an issue with your food. Customer service shouldn’t be this hard to reach. The food is usually good but the communication honestly ruined the experience for me.

  I ordered through the app , HORRIBLEE never again. At least on this location, my wings didn’t even have the sauce on them, I ordered cajun seasoning fries and they seem to have forgotten so they just sprinkles the seasoning after the fact and while it was already in the bag. Day was April 17th, 2026 at 1930 ish, location said it wasn’t busy so I can’t really understand why the food was poorly made.
