  UPS always comes to my rescue :o) I'm often one to be in a rush, multi-tasking, with varied requests and to dos and they did me the service of calling me today to make sure I got my needs met before closing hour on a Saturday! Thx team!

  They wouldn’t take my Amazon return that had to be in a box because they wouldn’t accept original product box even with my showing them Amazon allows original product box. They want you to buy one of their boxes and put your box in it. Ridiculous money grab. Won’t be back to this location. The female employee that was working there was very rude. To be clear, the Amazon requirements were met on my end. The item was in a box, as per their instructions and I showed her where Amazon said it could be shipped as it was. I was told that their store policy was that I had to have an Amazon box or buy one of their boxes regardless of what Amazon’s actual policy was. I was told that if I didn’t like the store policy, I could take it somewhere else. I went to another UPS location and it was returned as is with no issue.

  Great store. Though short staffed, they provide good service especially with so many Amazon returns.
