  They really step up and make every interaction with them feal very personal, like a mom & pop shop. The owner, great guy, speaks to you like your an old friend & is always interested in how your life is going. On top of making everything that we do here a breeze,when we check our mail it's like catching up with a friend. Heck we even moved cities& have a ups location blocks away from our new home & STILL stayed with this location due to how much we like the owner & his staff.

  Horrible customer service. The lady working there at 3:17 pm 01/06 could not stop talking to her coworker while ringing me up. Took 15-20 minutes to buy some envelopes. Also, when I initially came in to ask if she had some in stock, she ignored me and someone then showed me where they were. She doesn’t deserve to work there. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
