  Very poor service very poor made food at 4:00 on February 7th 2023 I payed $45 for 3 sandwiches "monsters" and they we're lousy! Don't order a monster they won't even let you put lettuce on it or anything else not even mayonnaise and mustard! This store is bologna no pun intended.

  Today while waiting to place an order this gentleman was texting. Normally I would not care but then a woman walks in with a service animal and this guy proceeds to yell at the woman (who was doing absolutely nothing) she cannot be in there with the dog, service animal or not. I was dumbfounded. She did nothing nor did the dog. Mind you you LEGALLY can NOT ask someone with a service animal to leave. He then proceeded to text someone and then call them to put them on speaker to leave. I was infuriated. I have a mother with a service animal and I swear if that happens to her I would have lost it. I ended up leaving but before I could I asked him name and for his managers name and number. He refused to answer and said he would call them. This is ridiculous! Bad bad service

  Toaster was broken, no avocado available either, and the staff wasnt very hospitable.

  I ordered online, chose Curbside pickup at 12:30pm its 12:55pm and Im still waiting, I clicked on the email to say I was here and nothing, I downloaded the app and nowhere I see that I can chose "I'm here" there's no option for that.

  Every single time I go to this one....doesn't matter how little or more toppings I put on my footlong, doesn't matter which meat cheese etc....the workers here at this shop doesn't know how to close to sandwich, the sandwich looks like I have to eat it with a fork and knife.....not to mention doesn't matter what time or day of the week they're ALWAYS out of something, they don't know how to do inventory at all. Love the food....will always go to subway but damn hire people that will pay attention to their training or train them better idk which one needs to be fixed....but please fix it!
