  Ordered online pick up was at 9:15 waited over 40 minutes. Worker was serving other customers instead and by the time she got to my order she couldn’t find it in the system anymore. Asked if she could replace the salami in my sandwich for pepperoni instead and she proceeded to say no. Worst customer service ever
