  Very polite and attentive in helping with a shipment missing seven of the eight items ordered from BOTE; based on shipping dimensions it appears that the error is with the shipper and not FedEx. Thanks, Billy, for explaining what I need to do to get this resolved with the shipper

  I came into this location to print documents. Both clerks happily greeted white patrons while ignoring darker complexions. A simple “welcome in” and “have a nice day” are generally what I expect in FedEx. The customer service for the other patrons seemed top tier otherwise, but the varying degree of who receives that makes me second guess ever doing business here again. I’m not surprised, but experiencing this in the short time I was in there makes me sad. I do not recommend.

  Excellent customer service from this team! Billy goes above and beyond his duties and all with a pleasant smile. That's the way I want to feel when I walk into a business! U guys here are awesome!! Keep it up 👍🏽

  Had to ship a package to North Carolina but didn't know what size box to use. The fed ex gal assisted on size, packing, inside documents and outside pack and ship labels.
