  Sofia is outstanding- I needed a quote several weeks ago. But didn’t need to ship it immediately. Today did and I called her. Not only did she respond right away. She was able to assist and get my package picked up all at once. Highly recommend her service and DHLs. Will be shipping with her and DHL again.

  Terrible service, I've been trying to get my package for 3 days and they never open. Called costumer service and told me that they don't know when the employees arrive but they report that the store is open. I waited for 3 hours yesterday. Don't choose this store for pickups.
