  Greed is a cardinal sin. This store owner dont understand it. Heading to this store. Make sure you have everything before you enter the store, Shipping paid, boxes taped, labels printed. Anything you forget will cost you premium $$ because they price gouge on everything. Tape a box $4, need to print a shipping label $4.35. A reasonable business not engaged is price gouging may charge you 50 cents for 12 inches of clear tape or 50 cents for re-printing a label for shipping that you already paid for. (Although I think once you pay for shipping UPS should provide a label without charge. ) In addition, make sure you have extra time to allow their employees to finish their chit-chats or whatever they are doing. Dont expect a warm greeting.

  This place is awful. I needed a UPS label printed and they thought it's a good idea to price gouge $4 for printing a lebel for UPS shipping that I already paid $29 to ship. Now I need to pay $4 more for a label. Don't go to this location.

  the lady is working on ups store firsty she talk with us soo rudly and then she say snd mail for label we tired two time but that tym some techincal issue and she talked so rudly she not deserving that post if she want this job then she should need some communication skills and kindess eventough she used headphones while working not paying attention on work we were so disappointed

  At 10 a.m. on May 2, I went here to deliver UPS’s return. The original unopened packaging was not printed at that time. Every UPS provides printing service. I just need to pay. But strangely enough, after reading my return, the staff said that it would not be mailed. After a few minutes, he said that he asked me to print the return form, and then said that he could not return this package, and it needed to be wrapped in a paper shell. I‘m really speechless. It was originally sent by UPS. Now I can’t return it to him. It‘s really stupid!
