  I had an outstanding experience at this location! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Carlo took amazing care of us and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely valued as customers. It’s rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to providing such a great experience. Carlo’s attention to detail and willingness to help made our visit memorable.   Extremely unprofessional & inconvenient. I tried to return my Xfinity router (a service they are contracted to do), and the staff lied and said their 'WiFi was down' just to avoid the work. Meanwhile, they were helping every other customer in line with no issues. They told me to go elsewhere or come back later rather than just boxing the item. Avoid this location!

  I’m here constantly shipping for my business, and this is hands-down the best spot in the Bay Area. The staff is incredibly quick and organized, which makes a huge difference when I have a high volume of packages. Even with the self-checkout option, the team is what makes this place great. Ammara, Carlos, and Fausto are total pros! Always friendly and ready to help. Whether it’s shipping something out or an Amazon return, they make the whole process effortless.
