  Imagine a line out the door and Mike (owner) having a conversation with the customer at the counter about his time in the military and chit chatting with the customer like they were old friends having a couple of coffee. Keep in mind he was the only person working at the counter. There was no regard for the 6-7 people standing patiently waiting. After 6 min of this and watching the line get longer I had to ask can you please table the chatter and mikes response :: you don't like it go some where else? this ups store is close to me but after this experience I will drive to Azusa . Never have I experienced such blatant disrespect. as a customer. When I made the comment the line magically moved and when i approached the counter, he further reiterated rudeness and pure disregard for me as a customer. I told him I will contact corporate and he further spewed negativity. I have been to this location many times and while I understand small talk I just find small chatter inappropriate when you have a line of people . Mike have some respect for all customers patronizing UPS. While ups is a franchise you (owner) represent the ups brand.

  I love this UPS store. Everyone is so nice. Their customer service is amazing. It’s not an easy job dealing with customers with a variety of needs, especially returns. They are totally patient. The manager, who might be the owner, works really hard and makes sure things are running smoothly.

  Came here near closing to drop off a package while the UPS driver was loading up packages for this store. Things got super uncomfortable and heated when the driver finished loading the truck and tried to use the bathroom here but the owner (Asian guy as mentioned) forbid him to use the restroom and things escalated, the owner got super aggressive and deregatory (they had moved to the backroom but we could hear them arguing and cussing at each other) and it sounded like the store owner put hands on the driver????? The whole situation was extremely off-putting and gross. I have family that drive for UPS and hate to know that they can experience this type of treatment while they're doing arduous work delivering and picking up packages. I Would NOT recommend supporting this location if there are other UPS options near you.

  Horrible customer service, I was standing here for a few minutes before anyone offered to help.
