The staff at Wingstop were very friendly, and my food was delicious. However, the soda machine was set to very low carbonation. I mentioned to the staff that the soda was dispensing flat drinks, but they were very dismissive and said they had no control over the machine. At no point did they show any intention of reporting the issue to the supplier so it could be corrected.
I thought it might have just been me, so I asked several customers to confirm, and they also said their beverages were flat. Again, my food was great and the staff were friendly, but they could benefit from better customer service training when it comes to troubleshooting issues like this. I left with little hope that the issue would ever be fixed.
I wanted to update my review after seeing the owner responses to several customer complaints, including mine. Unfortunately, the responses appear to be generic copy-and-paste replies rather than genuine attempts to address specific concerns.
My original issue was not just that the soda machine was dispensing flat drinks — it was the dismissive way the concern was handled. I respectfully brought the issue to the staff’s attention, and there was little indication that anyone intended to report or resolve the problem. After speaking with other customers, it was clear I was not the only one experiencing it.
The owner response below also failed to acknowledge the actual concern raised in the review. There was no mention of the carbonation issue, no apology regarding how it was handled, and no reassurance that corrective action would be taken. A personalized response would have gone a long way in showing customers that their feedback truly matters.
The food itself was still very good, and the staff were friendly overall, but customer service also includes how businesses respond to concerns after the visit. Hopefully management takes future feedback more seriously and responds with more sincerity and accountability.

The food is really good, but this highly intelligent review is NOT about the food... it's about the music selection they play on their radio. A normal restaurant would play classic rock, jazz, boogie woogie, disco, etc. No, what did THIS restaurant play??? HIP HOP FROM the 2000s. This is very discomforting for human ears and if after a visit here your ears are not on speaking terms with you... you now know why. I understand why there were hardly any customers inside. 2000s HIP HOP??? Unless you were born after 2000, you won't even be familiar with ANY of these songs. Not one artist... not one title. Now if they change their radio station and play classic rock and roll, then business will pick up and a long line to be served will be backed up outside the door because like I said, the food is really good. So enter at your own risk and know that you won't know a single song (unless you're in high school). But PLEASE CHANGE YOUR RADIO STATION TO MORE SUITABLE MUSIC.
