  I really only come here to do Amazon returns; however, there’s a very passive panhandler that’s outside, asking you if you need assistance, opening the door and then proceeds to ask you for money once you leave UPS. I asked the UPS agents if they can do something about this because it’s annoying and makes me not want to come to this location anymore and they said they cannot do anything because “he’s not bothering anyone.” He’s in fact bothering EVERYONE! So I had to have to husband come with me to confront this panhandler to leave me alone when he sees me. Don’t open the door for me and ask for money. I can open my own door.

  I receive the label for the assignment and I just drop it off for UPS to scan. Doesn't get easier than that. No wait sometimes, I had an envelope today so no waiting to get an envelope. Just handed it to them and said no receipt needed. I have a copy if the label on my computer from the order. I do wish they would have envelopes readily available for one to just grab for quicker service.

  I turned in a Verizon internet 5G tower about two months ago. To my surprise, Verizon continues to charge my account because according to their records, my old 5G tower never arrived to Verizon facility and its being heavily used on Flalon Ave Norwalk. I would like to know why are they stealing the 5G towers and I would like my time back fighting with Verizon customer support about these issues...

  The one and only UPS Store that doesn't have rude employees. The person that helped me was very polite and offered to pack up my return. Never had any other store offered to do that let alone greet me when entering. 5 stars guys continue doing what you're doing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I only come to this location for my Amazon returns because the closest one to me sucks and don’t like the fact that they always gypping me on the specially on printing a shipping label,guy tells me oh it’s 1.00 then says oh 1.50,how’s about telling me the actual price?
