  I usually order through the app and pick up my food around 20mins later. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they’ve always gotten my order correct so far. Just be aware that any discounts mentioned in the app REQUIRE you to order through the app, even though some say “app only” and some don’t. To do a game day BoGo offer the last time I was there, I had to submit the order through the app, even though I was already standing at the counter. Can’t blame the staff though, they don’t make the rules..

  Been here before but today as the lady was preparing my food a dead fly fell in and although she pick it up and threw it away with the glove she was still going to serve my sandwhich like that had to ask. Disgusting and scared to eat my food

  I’ve been coming here every morning since I started a huge construction project out here in Downey. Hispanic lady in the morning is always hustling very professional polite nothing but good vibes and experience keep up the great work. FYI Im here every morning around 9:15 mon-fri since the beginning of the year she hasn’t changed up once continuously does a great job
