I have been ordering sandwiches for my cheat days for a few weeks now and now twice now they have gotten my online order wrong. No big deal these things happen. This time it was twice in a row. Again, not really that upset. Just not happy. So when I called the store the employee apologized and told me to come when I get off. Again, nothing wrong with that. Never mentioning I needed to bring the sandwich back as it was my lunch time and could not return. NOW, I get to the store and Raul actually lied to my face about calling his district manager. I attempted to let him get out of the lie, know he had not called anyone. Its one thing to not feel comfortable with giving a free sandwich out (when it was clear that a note had been left), but to lie is unacceptable. There is no reason to lie ever!

The sandwiches are fresh and customizable, which is a big plus. However, the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, and I’ve had a couple of instances where my order wasn’t made exactly as I requested. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick bite.
