  Went in on a Saturday afternoon to order catering platters for next day service. I asked about the type of meats served in the platters and was told there’s a combination of meats and veggie sandwiches. I asked to replace veggie sandwiches for tuna and paid for two orders. Sandwiches were picked up the next day by one of my family members and to my surprise, all sandwiches were tuna! Two 5 ft sandwiches of nothing but tuna. I called Subway to let them know about their mistake and was told by a male employee that there was no manager on site and no options to rectify the mistake because the order was already filled then the employee rudely disconnected my call. Next day, I went to the location( Paramount & Florence) and spoke with the manager, “Yolanda”, who took my original order. Yolanda said that “the sandwiches were already eaten” and not returned therefore there’s nothing she can do. I asked to speak to Yolanda’s supervisor and she kept me waiting for half an hour then said her supervisor isn’t available. Customer service is horrible at this location and their tuna sandwich tastes like cardboard. If you want a good sandwich, make your own or try Jersey Mike’s!

  I ordered 3 sandwiches last night through the app when I arrived at the store to pick up my order the young lady was still making them I asked her to go lite on the sauce on my meatballball sub and got home only to realize that there was so much sacusevon it my bread was completely saturated and soggy it couldn't even be picked up and eaten like a sandwich. If I had wanted to eat with a fork I would have ordered spaghetti and meatballs from Olive garden instead of a meatball sandwich at subway. Then on my 2nd sandwich I specified I wanted extra oil and vinegar and my roommate told me there was no oil and vinegar it was completely dry and hard to eat. So I called this morning spoke with the store manager Yolanda and she first told me I must be mistaken that her location was not open at the time I picked up my order. And when I told her about the 2 sandwiches being wrong she told me no that's impossible the order says extra oil and vinegar that's what was on the sandwich. And she said I'm only offering you a remake of the meatball sub. I was very offended by her statements and I told her that was not acceptable that I wanted my money refunded to me and I did not appreciate her insinuating that I was lieing about there not being any oil and vinegar on one of my sandwiches. Still nothing has been done to correct there mistake and I'm very upset for $30 you would think they would at least get my order right. I won't visit this location again
