  Very disappointing experience. I was next in line to be helped, yet waited approximately 15–20 minutes while one employee went to the back to organize supplies instead of assisting the growing line of customers. Meanwhile, the other employee was doing her best but appeared overwhelmed handling everything on her own. By the time I was finally helped, there were about five customers waiting. Management needs to do a better job of prioritizing customer service and ensuring adequate staffing during busy periods

  The team reviewed the file I provided for my poster and contacted me to resolve a potential issue with the image that would have resulted in a grainy picture. This is the second photo poster I ordered and in both experiences the team went above and beyond to ensure the quality of the items. I also printed programs and bookmarks for a funeral which they cut and packed meticulously. Couldn’t be happier with the product and service.

  I recommend this FedEx office to send packages the staff is very nice and they help you if you need to return items. I do recommend 100%.
