  Ordered a cold cut combo because the menu said ham, salami, bologna. With commas in between the words. It is not that. It is a sheet of ham, salami, bologna mixed together in one piece of meat??... But the menu says all turkey based. So the ham is turkey based too? Don't know if I got ripped off or what. Won't do it again

  Used to weigh their meat and got a decent amount. I don’t know if it’s new owner or what is happening. Very little meat and toppings. The sub crunch has also been stale.

  Took my paper coupon, used the built up dollars and the free sandwich from the app without asking. Refused to give back the coupon and then ripped it up in front of me. Too late is what he said when I asked why he used the free sandwich and then used the $4 on my profile. I only received a sandwich and nothing to justify using the $4. Scamming people is what it felt like. The vegetables were minimal such as 5 olive slices, a few pieces of spinach, four pickle slices, etc…

  The lack of management is insane. They didn't wear gloves making my sandwich, the manager/Assistant manager didn't bother to help the new person on their first day and ignored her while the worker was struggling. They had no shame and played it off like it not a big deal. Please take your money to an actual restaurant that cares about quality and standards
