  My name is Jaime and I have been with cricket for about 17 years now and Lisa at the DHS store is amazing she knows her stuff. She has great customer service and she is very respectful to my family whenever they come in on my behalf. I'm glad to hear she is going to be up for a manager spot she deserves it.   Always has excellent customer service. Pretty fast phones sign ups. Multiple times have met all the employees 3-4x now and they are always super friendly, positive, and go out of their way to assist all the customers and recognize their presence.
