  I do not know who they have working at this wingstop or who is in charge of the phone, but I called to cancel my order and no one answered. After the 9th call my sister was able to get in contact with the employee and they were mumbling, messing around, and hung up the phone before we could tell them to cancel the order. Extremely unprofessional, check your employees. Service sucks, and food and atmosphere must suck too. People hire anyone nowadays.

  SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I tried cancelling my ordered and I had to call 9 times because no one would pick up or would literally hang up on me. Finally someone answered but were playing and were mumbling and would stay quiet when I tried cancelling. And I tried calling again and kept hanging up the phone. PLEASE TALK WITH YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES

  The short chubby guy with glasses working today 4/16/26 around 12-1pm was the most unhappy person I've ever encountered while ordering food. His vibe was just so negative & miserable when he asked what I wanted I literally almost walked out of the door. I felt like such an inconvenience to his day & if I wasn't in such a hurry I would have left. My son & I were passing thru & didn't have time to check out the area. Seriously I would leave 0 stars if I could. I am absolutely certain everyone that works with him knows what I am talking about, he is simply just an unpleasant person.
