I was extremely pleased with my experience here today at The UPS Store Davis. The staff is extremely helpful and they move efficiently to process shipments. The print specialist Allie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond and informed me on all of their services they provide for small business marketing. Definitely will be coming back!

I have made two different returns here over the last few months and both times they have had outrageous issues with their internet. I am led to think it is an internal issue of this location and their inability to maintain consistent internet to perform returns. Their workers seem to not be very cooperative about it either. Last time I left a phone number and my package for them to let me know when they were able to return it and they never called to let me know when it was completed. And recently they completely turned me away and rudely claimed that they have never held onto packages for return, which a different worker literally did just a few months ago. Cory yelled at me as I was leaving the location arguing at me. Really wish the only UPS close to me worked smoother than this and at least seemed to be able to operate despite since this is a recurring issue.

Had the worst experience today at UPS in Davis that just moved to 3rd street. I went in to take a package to get returned to Amazon and was told by the UPS worker AJ that they don't tape boxes for customers no more and that a person ruined that for everyone. I was disappointed but respectfully accepted it and went to the store to get tape to tape my own Amazon package. I came back and see the same worker, AJ, taping another customers package that's also an Amazon return for a customer. I was very upset especially when I had to go back and forth waste my gas, time and money just to return the package. I don't know why but the woman he was helping was white and I am Mexican and felt racially profiled and if that's not the case then at least up hold your policies for everyone and not nit pick which customers gets better service. In this case this was very irritating and so upset by how I was treated as a customer.

They have tape behind the counter but make you pay $6 for a whole roll. Greed is what makes UPS my least fav shipper

Very busy location but always staffed well and are efficient. They have added customer return package scanning to expedite the process. I use it a lot and appreciate the excellent service
