  Extremely disappointing experience. My insured package was lost in November 2025 and my claim was ultimately closed without receiving my payment after eight months!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this UPS Store. I shipped an expensive piece of equipment through this store, paid for additional insurance. The package was lost, the manager opened the claim for me and I provided him with all the required documentation. I have spent approximately eight months trying to resolve the claim. I provided the documentation I had, including proof that I dropped off the package at the store, the original purchase receipt, proof that I paid for the insurance, and documentation showing that the equipment had a resale value exceeding the insured amount. The problem was that UPS National required a driver log, a document that I was told needed to come from the UPS Store so I repeatedly requested this document from the store. However, the store manager told me on the phone that this document does not exist because they no longer use that protocol. I then contacted the UPS Store franchise, and they were only able to locate a high-value document. Unfortunately, UPS National said that this document was not sufficient and continued to require the driver log. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation and asking the store to provide a written statement confirming that the driver log does not exist, I never received that documentation. After eight months of trying to resolve the claim and providing everything that was available to me, UPS National ultimately closed my claim because I could not provide a document that the store itself said did not exist. So frustrating!!! My advice, use another UPS store from the city, but avoid this one in case that you are shipping valueable items
