  Not well trained staff, not good quality of customer service.. although they are contracted with sephora for package returns : they don't accept sephora boxes ! very unprofessional

  Mario and Chris who work at this site are incredible. I was moving back to the East Coast and was scrambling to pack up my entire life before a fast-paced turn of events before graduating from vet school. I was stressed, exhausted, disheveled as I tried to ship out these heavy moving boxes. After being delayed to shipping my boxes and not finding an affordable option with UPS, I was turned to the FedEx store by the UPS team with the hope that I could use a third-party shipping label company at the FedEx location. With this being my last day to ship out my belongings and no other options for moving my stuff, Mario and Chris were my heroes, truly. I arrived at the store ten minutes before they closed, but it was their patience and grace that allowed me to ship the boxes even half an hour after closing. They helped me with signing into the computers for printing out shipping labels, they lent me a phone charger when my phone died, and they were kind and patient with me. I cannot speak highly enough of these two.

  The Fedex guys at Davis' F Street helped me with a big shipment of boxes for my cross-country move, even though I came in 10 min before closing and super stressed out! Thank you for having longer opening hours than other places and for your efficiency, so so helpful!!

  I had to call this location twice one morning and a young lady answered speaking so fast could not understand her. I made a little joke about it. When I called back she did the same thing. It was kind of annoying, but yound people these days have a hard time communicating. There was a mixup and misunderstanding which I was able to resolve with the manager. I think she explained me request incorrectly to the manager. Otherwise this place is very efficient and the people are helpful.

  Guy at the front desk said he can’t ship my package because they’re not a ship center….what does that even mean
