  The Fedex guys at Davis' F Street helped me with a big shipment of boxes for my cross-country move, even though I came in 10 min before closing and super stressed out! Thank you for having longer opening hours than other places and for your efficiency, so so helpful!!

  I had to call this location twice one morning and a young lady answered speaking so fast could not understand her. I made a little joke about it. When I called back she did the same thing. It was kind of annoying, but yound people these days have a hard time communicating. There was a mixup and misunderstanding which I was able to resolve with the manager. I think she explained me request incorrectly to the manager. Otherwise this place is very efficient and the people are helpful.

  It really depends on the customer service agent you work with. I have worked with some great people while trying to send things at this store, though twice now errors were made in the shipping label creation process when being helped by a young staff member named Izzy. There seems to be an issue with double checking to make sure all the information is correct before charging the customer’s card. My recommendation: ask to double check details before handing over your card...
