  Worst customer service of all, wouldn’t take my Amazon in the box it arrived in. Rude and condescending. Will provide feedback to UPS corporate.

  If you have the option to choose the return at FedEx Authorized Shipping center or other store. Don’t choose this UPS store. They try to charge $2 for just tapping the Amazon box if the box is not tapped it. I took the return to FedEx Authorized Shipping center on Camino Tassajara. They were super nice to just offer helping to tape the box.

  I hate giving bad reviews. For the second time in a few months a pavkage i dropped for return was sent back to me because rhey did not black out the old label. Inhad even asked the young men who accepted my package to make sure the old label was blacked out. He was condescending in his response. I waa annoyed but decided to let it go. Next door the package was back at my house coz he blacked out the wrong label. I waa furious and went back to be told by the owner that blacking out the old label waa not his problem but the customer’s. I am done here. I will drive all the way to another location

  Don't count on them for the notary services. Two times now, I made notary appointments through UPS website and the notary was not there at the scheduled appointment times.
