  so we came by to ship some stuff and it was honestly such a smooth experience I cant even believe it the guy at the counter really knew what he was doing which is rare these days to find in a place like that everything was fast even with a little line and thier print options are way better then I expected for a standard shipping place I will definately be coming back next time I need anything, even if it takes me a little longer to get here

  The customer service here has been consistently disappointing. It often feels like I’m inconveniencing the staff, and this hasn’t been a one-time experience. During my last visit, one attendant walked away while I had questions, leaving a colleague to step in. In contrast, the nearby UPS location is consistently welcoming, attentive, and willing to help.
