The customer service here has been consistently disappointing. It often feels like I’m inconveniencing the staff, and this hasn’t been a one-time experience. During my last visit, one attendant walked away while I had questions, leaving a colleague to step in. In contrast, the nearby UPS location is consistently welcoming, attentive, and willing to help.

Good customer service, timely prints, and high quality prints. Overall just a great experience.
They’ve always been curious and professional. Hard working team, specially during the times that they are shorthanded. I appreciate their services.

Absolutely horrible customer service . The customer service at this FedEx Store was unprofessional and unacceptable.
The staff member who assisted me was rude, impatient, and dismissive from the start. I was spoken to in a curt tone, rushed through my request, and made to feel like asking basic questions was an inconvenience. There was no attempt to be helpful or courteous, which is the bare minimum expectation for a customer-facing business.
When I asked for clarification, the response was abrupt and borderline disrespectful. Being busy is not an excuse for poor attitude or lack of professionalism. This interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant and reflects poorly on both the staff and management of this location.
I expect better from FedEx. I will not return to this store and strongly recommend that management address staff behavior and customer service standards immediately.
