Make sure to bring your tape. They charge $1 for it. I know it's just a dollar but it gives a bad taste experience for something so simple. They're trying to squeeze every penny from every customer.

They lost my package and have refused to help me in resolving the issue.
I shipped some textbooks for buyback. I packaged it in store with a staff member, who assured me he would put the shipping label on and all was well.
I get a call back from the textbook company to hear that UPS shipped them coat hangers. This was obviously a mistake, but the store told me they couldn’t do anything, nor track my textbooks, nor even provide me with the tracking info to help me file a claim.
The manager stated they would help me file a claim and upon following up I am told that was never an option and got accused of lying.
I’m unsure how this could’ve happened or what I could’ve done differently but I found this entire experience to be discouraging.
Please ensure packages get to where they were intended. And please refrain from blaming the customer, i followed instructions and was assured by staff they could handle it only to be told in the end its my fault and to file a claim. Also, the website will not let me file a claim. Now I am calling customer service and attempting to reconcile.

I have yet to have a negative experience at this store. All of the employees do well to make everything as painless as possible.
One of the employees, Carlos, helped explain and broke down everything I needed to know about their international services. I am very grateful for their assistance. #StayAwesome⭐
