    I am 76 years old, visited the WestLake UPS today to scan and copy some legal documents. I wasn't familiar with how to use the modern equipment, but Apphia kindly assisted me from start to finish. I was truly pleased with the efficient service and the great help I received. I would like to thank Apphia once again.

    This location is great for drop-offs and returns, as long as it's not a weird time when someone's on break and the other person is occupied by the slowest customer in the world. Haven't encountered long wait times for several months, and I go at different times in the afternoon. Staff is friendly and efficient, especially the tall man with manager vibes.

    Make sure to bring your tape. They charge $1 for it. I know it's just a dollar but it gives a bad taste experience for something so simple. They're trying to squeeze every penny from every customer.
