Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff named Jason (or Johnson?) had an unfriendly, almost expressionless attitude the entire time—no greeting, no willingness to help, and outright rude behavior. I genuinely don’t understand how this location receives 5‑star reviews before.
I will be reporting the details directly to Cricket and consider transferring all 5 of my lines elsewhere due to this experience. This reflects a lack of proper training and accountability from Cricket for their dealership staff. After reading previous reviews, it’s clear this isn’t the first complaint about the same staff, which makes it even more disappointing that nothing appears to have been done. It seems like Cricket simply doesn’t care.
P.S. This is not my first experience with this staff member. On a previous visit, I had a SIM card replaced by the same person and encountered the same attitude. I initially thought it was just a one‑time issue, but based on repeated experiences and other reviews, this appears to be an ongoing problem.
