The women had no greeting skills. Instead of getting out a fresh tuna tub she scraped the bottom. The bread was so stale. Unfortunate.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant in June. I have not gone back since. I guess I suffered at the hands of the same guy that others have mentioned. He had a really really terrible attitude. Why does he even choose to work in the hospitality industry with that attitude? The owner/operator is equally disappointing — I filled out a complaint online (especially because I paid for a sandwich I did not have). My complaint was forwarded to him by Subway.
This owner did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge my complaint. It is now 4 weeks later. Unprofessional does not even come close to describing this behavior.
I repeat — the behavior of the guy who dealt with me, and consequently the store owner — has convinced me that the rot probably started from the top. Simply unbelievable.
