My sister and I needed a few copies of old building plans printed. Vikram was extremely helpful guiding us to roll the papers in the opposite direction to best prep the originals for the machine, since they were very fragile and he said they could rip in the machine since you have to feed it in and it rolls it out as it copies. We didn’t know how to use the large machine so Vikram said he would show us the first one so we knew how to. He ended up doing all the copies for us without us asking and even gave us the option to buy a flash drive to save it digitally which we didn’t know we could do. These were important documents and Vikram made the process so easy by going above and beyond to help us. We are super grateful for the time he took to help us.

Needed to ship some tires back and Jaime was a huge help. He let me borrow their cart to bring the tires in and helped me print the labels and gave me tips on how to bundle them. I was stressing out about how to return these but with Jaime’s help it was a smooth process. Thank you!

Awesome place to place an order for print. They even looked at it real quick and called me about a typo. Incredible customer service! I got a lot copied and it was done the next day.
