Parking was atrocious, but I went on a lunch break and something was happening in the lot- it was all coned & taped off. Super hectic outside. But inside it was refreshing & surprisingly calm lol. Staff was super kind & helpful with the happy returns process.

We’ve been coming to this UPS store regularly for the past three years for returns and mailing. Today, we came in for passport photos for both of our kids, and the whole process was easy and faster than I expected! The staff were super helpful and very patient while taking our five-year-old’s photo. Thank you for making it such a smooth experience!

Worst UPS store in the area. We wanted to borrow tape to quickly seal a missed spot before dropping it off and they wanted us to buy a full roll of tape from them and very rude about it. There are plenty of UPS around. This one should be avoided.

Terrible experience. The woman at the front was rude and barked orders at me the whole time - zero customer service. I only came here because Amazon routed my return to this UPS, and it made me appreciate the FedEx nearby so much more: kinder staff, cheaper printing.
