  Today, Wednesday, September 2nd, at 10:00 a.m., I went to this place and received terrible service. I will never return. The employees ignored me when I asked about the sauce. I asked them what sauces they had, and one of them, very rudely, replied, "If we have them, are you blind?" They both continued talking and then gave me the sandwich. Furthermore, they were racist because when another person arrived who didn't speak English very well, they laughed at him for not knowing how to pronounce it. It's disrespectful. One of them wears glasses and has light brown hair, and the other has black hair and tattoos; both are women. I hope you can take action regarding this.

  I’m usually a regular at subway for roadtrips. I stopped here this morning to grab a footlong sandwich and asked for extra olives on my sandwich. The employee mentioned that she is only allowed to put 6 olives (aka 6 pieces of olives) for a footlong and she already exceeded that amount. She mentioned that her boss was surveilling her to track how many ingredients she was putting on the sandwiches and was scared to add any more. I cannot explain how taken aback I was. This is just highly unacceptable, and I can’t believe these profit hungry chain stores have gotten to a point where they are watching their employees like Big Bear to what? Make a couple cents off of the handful of olives they’ve saved from my turkey sandwich? I always appreciated subway for its fast and nutritious service but I honestly will be taking my business elsewhere if this is how they treat their employees and customers. Bye!

  I like this location only bc it’s next to Pete’s and TJ’s. There are always 2 ladies working here. One is nice. The other is always grumpy and refuses to accommodate the request of customer. I’d say she’s rude. I always ask for extra lettuce. She always ignores me. I. In the end my sandwich has a pitiful amount of lettuce and onions. This grumpy woman even looks in the tip jar after the customer leaves and mumbles in Spanish. I need to go to a different one.

  Arrogant staff (missed asking her name). She dropped pizza which i asked her to change and she refused. Also she had issues that we did not place all order together but placing it separately. She Really needs to learn basic customer service at least and hygiene. Very bad experience.
