Worst customer service. Thursday 5/28/26 6:52pm and associate is already telling people to go to another FedEx that closes at 8pm because he doesn’t want to help, even though they close at 7pm. There was at least 6 people going in and getting turned away. I asked him a simple question about using the self service QR scanning and all he said was “I suggest going to a FedEx that closes at 8pm”. This was at 6:55pm. I’m not even asking him to help me! Just asked if I need to put into a box or packaging.
So ridiculous and a waste of time. Never had a bad experience with UPS that’s in the same plaza.
My mistake for choosing FedEx after the last terrible experience with a different associate. Never again!

Absolutely horrible service. The support agent was rude and not helpful at all. She was only trying to sell other services and charge extra fees. She treated someone ahead of me in the same way rudely.
Beware! I’m not sure if intentional deception or mistaken or but the service woman said that Fedex no longer does International Ground to Canada. She said Fedex stopped doing it during covid. When told it was on the Fedex website she mentioned that sometimes they dont update their website but that was the corporate policy. However, to send a letter would be $70 (vs ~$30 for Intetnational ground). Fedex does still indeed have international ground, went thru process online printed label and dropped off.

Cute little office! Just wanted to note the GPS sent me to the driveway after TechCU. It would have been better to enter at the driveway before that.

I can't stressed how terrible the service is. And the printer was broken so when I tried to print it wouldn't and this Indian lady that was there cancel the printing order. Therefore I just wasted all my money because they charge for using the computer too. What a horrible place and I was offer no help.
