  Refused to print a single sheet of paper because "there's a queue of of other jobs that have to finish first", even though there was nothing printing, I was the only one there and I already paid so now I have to go back to get it tommorow. he probably just didn't know how to do it and didn't want to deal with it

  Worst place to ship anything. Highly Unreliable & do not care about SLAs. The shipping company is as reliable as people handling your package. They forgot to send the package on the same day. The staff was not apologetic for their mistake. I had to ask for my refund to take my business someplace else.

  Had the best shipping experience in this store. I packed a monitor for shipping but wasn't sure if it is secure enough . The manager and an employee checked to make sure everything is ok and then carefully taped the entire box, much better than what I could have done, without being asked.

  I had a fantastic experience at this FedEx location on April 6th between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. I needed to drop off 11 large packages, which required me to walk back and forth from my car 6 or 7 times. Despite the heavy workload, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and processed everything very quickly. I want to give a special shout-out to Courtney. She was so enthusiastic, patient, and welcoming throughout the whole process. She made a potentially stressful task feel easy and pleasant. I truly appreciate the help and highly recommend this branch!
