    Absolutely worst ups. They come up with random reasons not to accept your amazon return. Edited: The audacity to call your services world class! See the previous reviews from other people, this is a recurring issue at this UPS location only. Your staff comes up with their own rules on how to ship amazon returns. My package was in the box it was shipped to me. The guy did not even look at it and said "you need to buy another box or a bag to put this in". My box was fine, not torn or oddly shaped. It's just a way to get more money. This happened on 9/22/26 around 11:30 am.

    Guy just now refused to ship my package, which was in a perfectly square box, not oddly shaped or torn. Nothing wrong with my box. Said I needed to purchase a bigger box to put this box in it. Scam.
