  I go to UPS on Newport Blvd in CM & they are so nice & helpful. I'm a senior & they are always so patient & kind. I'm there a couple times a week because I have an Amazon shopping addiction 😂The store is always clean & the employees are so organized & so quick. There are several places closer to my home but it is worth it to go to that UPS store there because they do such a good job!

  I paid extra for NDA Saver because I was told it would be delivered the next day, but it ended up taking almost a week to be delivered. When I called to follow up, I found out that the person who helped me had entered the wrong address, even though I literally showed him the correct address so he could enter it properly. I also called several times regarding my claim and spoke with a female manager who said she had already filed it. It has now been a month, and I still haven’t heard anything regarding the claim. Overall, very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.
