  I just left this UPS location and wanted to give a huge shoutout to Chris! He was incredibly patient and helpful with all of my Amazon returns from items I needed to return for an upcoming trip. It can be a little nerve-racking walking into a store with a bunch of returns, especially when you’re worried about holding up the line or taking up too much of someone’s time, but Chris made the entire process so easy. He was patient, kind, and handled everything as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much, Chris, for the amazing customer service! It was truly appreciated. 😊

  Came in with a large awkward shaped package I had to send to my boss in another state they helped me as quickly as they could and were respectful to me and the other customers I saw. Will return hopefully not with any packages that are like that again!

  It drives me crazy when workers don’t understand efficiency. They are 12 people in line w easy returns yet all 3 workers are doing complex packing jobs with enough bubble wrap to ship a horse. Let 2 do complex and 1 keep the routine matters moving.
