  Information is wrong on Google or website for closing hours. It closes at 6pm not 630pm. Disappointed after driving there.

  Lost my package over a month ago and the owner has been holding my reimbursement check for the past two weeks. He won't bother going out of his way to take it to the store so they can mail it to me. Never had a problem with UPS stores before this, but if you can find another store, I would highly recommend using it. The lack of concern by the owner is actually disturbing.

  Brought in a heavy, oddly shaped item and the staff was very helpful in figuring out the appropriate boxing situation. The staff was also super friendly. I didn’t get any names but it was a Thursday at ~3:30 p.m. PDT. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

  Outstanding customer service and speed. These guys made me feel like a professional when I'm a total noob. Amazing staff all in all incredibly efficient !

  I ship regularly for work and personal projects. Always attentive, helpful service. And fast. I also love the dedicated parking spaces right in front of the door - it can be a crowed parking lot.
