  Horrible service. None of these reps care about the customer, or customer complaints, bad drivers or how to conduct business. Don't try to call. Drivers dont do priority ANYTHING. SO DON'T PAY FOR THE SERVICE BECAUSE DRIVERS SHOW UP LATE. DONT CARE TO ACTUALLY LISTEN WHEN ONE TRIES TO SPEAK TO. AND SLOWNDOWN. YOU GET PAID BUT DRIVERS ACT LIKE ITS A BURDEN OR MAYBE FED EX HIRES IN SUBORDINATES WHO ARE ONLY THERE FOR A CHECK. REPS ATE BIAS , WILL ARGUE WITH YOU THEN PLAY VICTIM AND YOU HAVE TO WASTE ENERGY TO GET ANYTHING RESOLVED.

  I had a very positive experience at this FedEx Ship Center. The employee at the counter was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. He took the time to explain my shipping options and helped me choose the best one for what I needed without making the process feel complicated. I had my identification and shipping information ready, and everything was handled efficiently. I was in and out within just a few minutes. After seeing some of the mixed reviews, I was not sure what to expect, but my experience was smooth from beginning to end. Great customer service and a convenient location.

  Horrible service! Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. I went there to ship a laptop internal, they sold me the shipping box and then told me they couldn’t ship and refused to refund me the box, that they had just Sold me, open and unused.
