  Don’t know what’s wrong with FEDEX! They don’t know which service should each location do! They wasted my time sending me from location to the other confirming that the other location will take my package and at the end non of them took it!

  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of service at this FedEx Ship Center. One of the employees (an older man with white hair, a white beard, and partially bald) displayed shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior. His attitude toward customers was not just unfriendly — it was openly hostile, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. This was not a minor issue or a misunderstanding. It was a clear example of someone who either does not care about their job or should not be working in customer service at all. Let me be very clear: customers are paying for a service, not to be treated with disrespect. No one should have to tolerate this kind of behavior when simply trying to complete a basic transaction.

  With work needing ship centers for Fedex, I know just about all the late pick up places, this is one of them for Orange County.
