  I have had two bad experiences with this salesperson, NICHOLAS BA1. The first time I visited this store the staff was very stern and racist, if they perceived you as Hispanic. I bought a pair of sunglasses, and this guy was completely unfriendly. Today I returned to exchange a belt that my daughter had given me for Mother's Day I felt it was a bit too small. I hadn't checked the store's policy—which states you have two weeks to make an exchange and my daughter had forgotten to mention it to me. When I brought it in today this guy refused to process the exchange, claiming the item had already been used. Everything was in perfect condition—exactly as it had been sold to me. I had only taken it out on the day I received it to try it oni it fit me well, but I wanted to try on a larger size just to be certain of my correct fit. However this man refused, citing the fact that more than two weeks had passed. What a terrible experience at this store , In other more luxurious brand the staff is very friendly, and I have never encountered any issues it seems only the staff at this particular store behaves this way. I hope the manager hires better employees—people who actually enjoy doing their jobs well.

  It is a good store friendly staffs in and out within a few minutes.. Only downside is whenever I open the HEAVY DOOR in the dressing room and it almost SMASH the mirror EVERY SINGLE TIME andit gives me heart attack… I would say make the door opening mechanism with some resistance that would make this store perfect

  Worst customer service ever. They dont process return until customer finds out funds didnt refund back to credit card. And they said it was restocked and never processed refund for over 6weeks. Happened on 3 of my orders never coming back here. I even have service reps who done this…. Quality of product is worse than one from target
