  I know this place has mixed reviews but in my personal experience I have ordered well over 5 times from here and I plan to continue to do so. I always tend to order through the app and they always seem to have the food ready before the delayed app time. Their employees are also very nice and helpful, I recently had an issue where my order got messed up online in the process of paying with paypal and I gave them a call asking for them help canceling since I know most places will ask you to cancel and reorder but since it was a simple fix they assured me they would manually correct it and sure enough when I got there my order was perfect.

  Idk what this is but it kinda grossed me out i stopped eating it. It reminded me of toasted cockroach or something man. Added the roach pics for comparison.

  Dejaré mi humilde opinión no sé si lo vayan a tomar en cuenta, pero está cadena de restaurante es grande para no invertir en algo tan absurdo, las ordenes de doordash se abren y el usuario reporta al conductor por el simple echo de que la bolsa Va abierta y culpa de nosotros no es. Es culpa del manager que no quiere gastar en una Simple Engrapadora para engrapar la bolsa y que vaya más sellado, Por ejemplo yo hice este mismo comentario a Starbucks que está ahí cerca y ellos tomaron en cuenta mi comentario y ellos ahora adquirieron una Engrapadora y ahora su bolsa va más sellada . Ustedes deben de hacer lo mismo comprar una Engrapadora y empezar a engrapar las bolsas, ya que los usuarios reportan que la comida fue manipulada por la simple razón que va abierta la bolsa. Y les dejo una foto para que vean de lo que hablo

  I told them 3 times put extra seasoning on my wings because they always leave them dry get home, to the driest wings, this is supposed to be Lemon pepper, no seasoning what so ever
