  The Manager there is amazing always kind and helpful to all guests we appreciate having someone who is atte tive to detail even when the location has multiple people in at once. Great to have someone like Becky.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience deserved to be shared. I came into this UPS Store needing 24” x 36” floor plans printed. Another employee immediately began printing them on regular letter-size paper. When I clarified that I needed them printed as 24” x 36” plans, the manager Becky interrupted and told me, in a rude and dismissive tone, that I “needed to tell them ahead of time.” What disappointed me wasn’t that the job couldn’t be completed immediately. It was the way I was treated. A simple explanation and a courteous attitude would have made all the difference. I later learned that the store is capable of printing that size, but I was never offered any alternatives or solutions. The other employee I interacted with was kind and respectful, so this review is not about him. My concern is specifically with the manager’s customer service. I hope the owner sees this because I believe customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, even when a request cannot be accommodated right away.
