    I am writing to bring a serious customer service concern to your attention. First, I want to recognize an employee named Nova (if I have her name correct). She consistently provides excellent service—professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she has represented your brand in a very positive way. However, my experience today was the complete opposite. I’ve visited this location multiple times over the past two weeks and have ordered the same item each time: two rotisserie chicken protein bowls/pockets. Today, a new employee refused to prepare my order, stating it was limited to what is shown in the picture and only included three vegetables. This has never been an issue during my previous visits. When I asked another employee (a Hispanic male who has assisted me before) for clarification, his behavior was unexpectedly unprofessional. When I politely asked for his name so I could acknowledge him properly or provide feedback, he responded, “You don’t need to know my name.” I explained that I was simply trying to be respectful and possibly give a positive review, but he dismissed that as well, saying he didn’t need my review. The situation escalated unnecessarily. I remained calm and simply pointed out that my previous experiences with him had been positive and professional, and that I didn’t understand the sudden change. As I was leaving, he told me not to come back. This type of interaction is concerning. Customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism at all times. I also want to emphasize that not every customer would respond calmly in a situation like this, which could lead to more serious conflicts. I strongly encourage leadership to address this issue, reinforce customer service standards, and ensure all staff are properly trained on communication, professionalism, and conflict resolution. Again, Nova deserves recognition for her outstanding service make her a manager. Unfortunately, today’s experience overshadowed that and left a negative impression.

    Needed catering and the manager Henry helped me with my order. He was patient and offered suggestions to minimize cost. Sandwiches were good and filling he didn't skimp on ingredients. Order was ready when it was needed and gave me his personal number in case I had questions.
