Great for quick drop-offs, poor customer care. This location is highly convenient, which is important to me since I run a small local business and ship frequently. However, the staff is consistently unhelpful and the service is disappointing. They nickel-and-dime you for everything. Today, a bag ripped while I was packing my items in-store. Even though I returned the damaged bag, they still charged me for it, offering contradictory excuses about tape—which they also won't let you use unless you buy it. The hidden costs and inconsistent rules make for a frustrating experience. If you have pre-packaged, pre-labeled boxes and just need a quick place to drop them off without dealing with counter service, this spot is perfect. Otherwise, go elsewhere for packaging help.

I got to the store when they were closing, there was an older gentleman he helped me even though they were closing. I had to deliver that package by that night. He went out of his way to help me I was grateful for his helpfulness. I would definitely recommend this UPS store.
