  The ladies doesn’t want to work.. Do not come here this is the worst branch i have ever visited. The staff is terribly incompetent.

  The girl in the front has a really bad attitude. I don’t recommend this place at all. She’s kind of rude. And I see there’s several reviews saying the same thing they need to start doing something about it

  I went to pick up a package today after it was repeatedly attempted at the wrong building—even though the address was correct. Since delivery wasn’t successful, I had to go in person to retrieve it. The package is under my sister’s name, and unfortunately she’s out of town. Before going, I called FedEx customer service, and they confirmed the package would be held at this location. They also emailed me instructions stating that a photo ID would be enough to pick it up (I even have the screenshot). However, when I got there, the front desk representative was very rude and refused to release the package. Now I’m being told my sister has to come in person to pick it up. Really disappointing experience. I understand policies are policies, but the lack of consistency and customer service makes the situation worse. Do better.

  I just had a shouting match with the tall lady. She said I couldn’t leave my boxes and that she wouldn’t give me a receipt. She called me a liar. I got so angry at them that they realized I wasn't going to be bullied. I started shouting back. Only then did they agree to take my boxes. The big lady doesn't belong there. She deserves to be fired. She is a bully and a reprehensible human being. I swear to God she needs to be fired. This is a pattern at this store.

  I had never had to do anything with fed ex and today for the first time I had to. Unfortunately the customer service was horrible the chicks have and attitude and no costumer service ethic. I am worried that my packages wont be handled properly.
