    I have gone twice and the closing shift does not understand customer service. First time was 22mins before closing and yet we were made to feel like we inconvenienced the workers. The 2nd trip was 20 mins from closing and was told only cold sandwiches.. if employees want to change business hours so be it but post it in advance don't advertise 9pm but close at 830.

    I ordered four footlongs via the App and I gave over half an hour time for pickup but once I arrived 10 minutes later my meals were not ready and one of the staff just started the order as I arrived.

    🌟 Shoutout to Ariana! 🌟 I had to take a moment to recognize Ariana for her amazing service tonight. I stopped by Subway to get one of my favorite (and very specific 😅) veggie sandwiches, and it was pretty busy when I walked in. I noticed she was the only one making sandwiches, yet she handled the entire line with such patience, kindness, and care. When it was my turn, even with all my picky requests, Ariana didn’t hesitate or make me feel rushed at all. She made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it—and honestly, it was one of the best Subway sandwiches I’ve had! What really stood out was her work ethic and attitude. No matter how long the line got, she stayed positive, attentive, and treated every customer with the same level of care. I wish I could have left a tip, but since that wasn’t an option, I wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves here. 👏 Thank you, Ariana, for your excellent customer service and for going above and beyond! 👏

    The representative treated me differently than the customers who came before me. I was rushed along, and other customers were helped while she was making my sandwich, even though I was ready.
