  I was very pleased that I was going to get help and help fix the mess I got myself into trying to order online so when I got there I was excited to see STEFANIE ON LINDA not sure which BUT nevertheless I was please she was about to help me 🙏 but after everything was all said and done in the end I was very disappointed that my information was not transferred to my new phone which was two lines mind you the whole point of keeping your same number is because you need and want all that information but that didn't happen until it was to late because I had already called for my Uber not realizing that the most important part was not done I also noticed when I got there that it had no customers of course I was happy about that 💕 but I did notice that no one even came but I never imagined that it was because it has the WORSE service not even 48 hours later I have had dropped calls no service once I leave my 🏠🏡 no alerts for messages even though I set it up just a horrible horrible experience I had been with T-Mobile for probably more than 20 years and I didn't like their service either but between the two I have to say I should have stayed with T-Mobile needless to say I am looking for a new carrier MY RECOMMENDATION IS DON'T GO TO CRICKET 🦗🦗🦗 😢😢😢😭😭😭 THIS PARTICULAR STORE IS IN COLTON CA I MEAN THE LADY WAS FRIENDLY 😁 BUT IT'S ABOUT FINISHING WHAT YOU STARTED THAT'S ALL! I GUESS I'M NOT FINISHED BECAUSE I WAS CONTACTED BY CRICKET 🦗 ABOUT MY NON FRIENDLY SERVICE I RECEIVED BUT I ASSURE YOU IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE EMPLOYEE SHE WAS SWEET AS 🥧 THE ONLY THING SHE WAS GUILTY OF WAS NOT TRANSFERRING OUR INFORMATION TO THE NEW PHONES WHICH I HADN'T BEEN IN A STORE FOR OVER 15 PLUS YEARS SO I ASSUME SHE DID EVERYTHING AND SAID IT WAS OKAY TO CALL MY UBER AND AFTER IS WHEN I FOUND OUT SHE HADN'T FINISHED THE SETUP AT ALL BUT I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO LEAVE AS UBER OUTSIDE IMPATIENTLY WAITING FOR ME SO FOR THAT I GIVE 3 ⭐⭐⭐ BUTT I'M TALKING ABOUT THE SERVICE ABOUT THE PHONES WE RECEIVED WE CANNOT HOLD A CONVERSATION BECAUSE IT HANGS UP ON US AND NO MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS I MEAN THEY DO HAVE THEM BUT THEY DON'T WORK I HAVE TO WATCH MY PHONE ALL DAY LONG SO I DON'T MISS ANYTHING IMPORTANT THIS SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $30 FOR UBER SO THAT I CAN SWITCH TO ANOTHER CARRIER LIKE BOOST AT&T ANYTHING ELSE HAS TO BE BETTER THAN CRICKET 🦗 I ALSO WANT TO MENTION THAT I WAS HANDED A BUSINESS CARD WITH THE NAME LINDA ON ITsy .,jkn MmBUT I THOUGHT I WAS DEALING WITH STEPHANIE I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE I'M NOT RATING THE WRONG PERSON 🙏I HAVE TO SAY ONCE EVERYONE FOUND OUT I SWITCHED FROM T-MOBILE TO CRICKET 🦗😢 THEY HAVE NOT STOPPED ASKING ME WHY WHY WHY AND IT'S MY FAULT I DIDN'T DO MY HOMEWORK JUST LIKE I TELL MY GRANDDAUGHTERS IF THEY HAVE A QUESTION ❓🤔 ASK YOUR PHONE 🤳📱 I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE DONE THE SAME 😭 THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE I LIVE OFF SS AND SPENDING $30 THAT DAY AND ANOTHER $30 TO FIX THE MESS I GOT MY DAUGHTER AND MYSELF IN THE SAD PART I THOUGHT MY DAUGHTER WAS GOING TO BE HAPPY ❤️😁 WHILE SHE WAS RECEIVING HER DIPLOMA I WAS OUT TRYING TO SWITCH CARRIERS I HAD NO IDEA THAT SHE WAS ABOUT TO LOSE ACCESS TO HER BEAUTIFUL PHONE FOR A FREE ONE SO YOU SEE I MESSED UP ALL THE WAY AROUND IT TURNED OUT TO BE A NIGHTMARE SO THERE'S NOT A WHOLE LOT CRICKET 🦗 CAN DO TO FIX IT HOW CAN THEY FIX THE WHOLE COMPANY JUST BE AWARE I'M SORRY BUT IT IS LOUSY SERVICE TWO THUMBS 👎👎
