I came to your Colma location on June 11, 2026, at around 9:40 PM, and unfortunately, it was the worst customer service experience I’ve had.
I initially ordered 15 wings and later decided to make it 20 wings. I thought the order was a combo that included fries and vegetables, but the cashier informed me that it was only for the wings. I then asked if he could change it to a combo, but he refused and told me to “just order online because I don’t have time,” then walked away.
Changing the order would have taken less than a minute. I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Instead, I will go to other locations, such as Daly City, where the staff are much more courteous and respectful.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this location. I have been a loyal customer here multiple times, giving them the benefit of the doubt time and time again, but they consistently fail to meet even the most basic expectations.
I recently placed a large order totaling over $100, and once again, they failed to fulfill it properly—this time missing 15 wings and an order of fries. When I called the store to rectify the error, the staff member who assisted me was dismissive and completely unprofessional, eventually hanging up on me while I was still speaking.
I am done giving this place second chances. It is incredibly frustrating to spend my hard-earned money at an establishment that consistently provides poor service and disrespects its customers. I will never spend another cent here, and I strongly encourage others to save their hard-earned money and take their business elsewhere.

Ordered 20 minutes before I got there, told them my name. They told me to wait. Screen said my order was ready but nothing came out. Asked for my order again and they gave me my order that had been sitting on the rack ready the whole time. Didn't season my fries, didn't give me napkins, didn't give me ranch and there's no trash cans inside. The manager likes to sit in front and act like he's taking care of the customers but doesn't bother to make sure anything actually gets done right.

I ordered online for pick up, they did not give the drinks or at least offered the cups when they gave the bags. And they combined all the two orders of chicken that made it confusing because the orders are for two separate group! But not to give the drinks is so annoying! And you can’t even call the store to tell them that they screwed up!

This is the 2nd time my boyfriend and I have gotten food poisoning from this location. First time was in December of last year and an hour after eating the boneless wings I was throwing up for three days straight. Recently this past Saturday my boyfriend and I had decided to give it another chance and ubered wingstop after work and unfortunately the same experience had happened again. I do not know what in the cross contamination is going on at this location but you guys need to either update your health codes or shut down the entire store in general because this is not okay.
