  I came to buy a sandwich just now and they were closed. I understand they have to close early to keep up with all the work, but I came at 10:35, so they shouldn't have a sign saying they close at 11 pm.

  Today, May 11th at 9:10 PM, I had the worst customer service experience of my life. The guy helping customers looked like he hated his job, and at any moment it felt like he was going to snap at me. He treated me extremely rudely, and honestly I don’t know if this place is so desperate for employees that they’ve reached the point of hiring someone like that. It was my first time coming to this place and, sincerely, I’m really disappointed with the service. I expected much better. I had some questions about coupons and he made me feel stupid for asking. And it wasn’t only me other people who arrived after me were treated badly too. I wasn’t even served properly. I had to grab my own drink and my own chips, and when it was time to pay, I asked if he was okay and he told me to skip the tip in a judgmental way. Honestly, he may have been having a bad day, but that does not justify treating customers like that. If there’s camera and microphone… please check and u guys gonna see I’m not lying

  I ordered a meal with large fountain drink through the app, but when I arrived, the machine was broken. No big deal, the staff offered a free bottled drink instead. The issue is, a large fountain drink is usually 32-40 oz, while the bottled drinks are only 16 oz. I asked if I could grab a second bottle to match the size I paid for, but the employee said no because I only had 'one' meal.

  They have a 6.99 meal of the day which is so good! And I ca eat something different every day Great on the run with my soda
