  I just order a 6 inch x2 and it had cold meatballs and taste horrible! Plus it was not toasted! How can the meatballs be ice cold?

  I stopped Sunday evening around 7 p.m. It wasn’t super packed—there were about five of us waiting to get our orders. The thing is, there was only one person up front, and she seemed pretty focused on handling some online orders. No one really said anything to us like, "Hey, we’ll be with you shortly," so we just kind of stood there for about 20 minutes. Eventually, a couple of people ahead of me left because it was taking a while, and I decided to head out too.

  I went here on a Friday night like an hour before they closed, the customer service was great. The manager was so nice he even gave me free cookies! The food was good, I liked it.
