  Lost a package and takes no responsibility. I know it was dropped off but once that happened it was never scanned or to be seen again. Either they just don’t care or they wanted it more then my son I don’t recommend posting anything here.

  Had an appointment at 10am for a fingerprint scanning. I arrive at 9:50am to be told the person who does the scanning won’t be in until 11am. Granted, in my confirmation email it does say they recommend to call the store to see if the person will be available. I feel it would be better in the future to either just block out the time slot or inform the customer that the person will in fact not be there until a later time.

  This is my go to spot because the staff here are always extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I recommend this location to anyone in my area and love support supporting my local franchise.
