  Female staff was incredibly rude. Cut me off mid sentence. I had other inquiries aside from that but she seemed really intent to push me out the door

  This store has a knack for hiring really helpful staff. They all seem to take pride in their work and even though a store is being built closer to my neighborhood I might still drive the extra ten minutes to use this one specifically because of the numerous positive interactions I've had with the staff. Great work everyone!

  UPS makes it very easy when mailing items and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. It’s hard to find great customer service these days.

  Absolutely outstanding service at this UPS Store! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I was taken care of quickly, and they made the entire process. packing, shipping, and answering my questions, completely stress-free. Everything was handled with care and professionalism, and my package arrived exactly as promised. It’s rare to find customer service this consistent and reliable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
