  Very disappointing experience. I visited UPS to have a power of attorney notarized for submission to the California Secretary of State. The document was notarized by Marco Reyes, but when I submitted it, the filing was rejected because I was informed that the signature on the notarized document does not match the signature on file for the commissioned notary. As a result, I lost time, money, and had to start the entire process over again. When customers rely on a notary public, they expect the service to be accurate and legally compliant, since even a small error can cause significant delays and expenses. I hope UPS looks into this matter and takes appropriate steps to ensure that other customers do not experience the same problem. Notary services require professionalism, accuracy, and strict compliance with legal standards.

  Lilyana at the UPS Store is an absolute superstar! She’s friendly, upbeat, and somehow makes shipping and packing feel way less stressful (and even kind of fun!). No matter what you need—boxes, labels, advice—she handles it all with a smile and makes you feel like a VIP customer. Honestly, visiting the UPS Store is 100% better when Lilyana is there. If you see her, you’re in great hands!

  Hannah wins My Hero of the week, possibly month award. Mismatched documents in my thumb drive became a beautiful triple presentation. And it was delivered the next day in Central California. My clients and I are very appreciative. Thank you, UPS Hannah!
